Dr. Khairul Nizar Ismail obtained his B.Sc Housing Building & Planning (Building Engineering), his M. Sc Building Technology and his Ph.D. (Construction Materials) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. His main area of expertise includes construction materials, waste water treatment, cement & concrete product. He has published over 30 technical papers in Conference Proceedings & Journals.
